How spicy is the chicken? Can I pick my heat?
You pick your heat. The range runs from original right through to full Nashville hot, so you can keep it mild or go all in.
Can I order online for pickup or delivery?
Yes. Each store has its own online ordering for pickup or delivery. Pick your nearest store on our site and order from its live menu.
Does Spicy Chick have beef burgers?
Yes. Beef burgers are currently available at our Malvern store, including the Cheddar Blaze and the Aussie Sizzle.
What are the opening hours?
Monday to Thursday and Sunday we are open 11am to 9pm. Friday and Saturday we are open 11am to midnight. Hours can vary by store, so check your store's page before you head in.
Is the chicken fresh or frozen?
It is hand spiced and fried fresh to order, never frozen.
Are there options that are not chicken?
